What’s up with yeast?

Throughout the Bible God’s children are directed to make unleavened bread, in fact yeast is often associated with sin, which if allowed to go unchecked can ruin a congregation or community. There are other instances where the use of yeast is encouraged and Jesus compares yeast to the Kingdom of heaven in one parable. To fully understand yeast as it relates to us as Christians, read the following scriptures and any others you may find to get the whole story. Lev 7:13, Mt 13:33; 16:6, Mk 8:15 & 1Cor 5: 7-9

BLESSING OF APOSTASY

Apostasy is the falling away from the faith. In 2 Thessalonians it says the end wont come until there is a great apostasy. Look around: it is everywhere: in television, social media, on the job, even in the churches. This is both good and bad news. In the anti-christian culture we live in today, the Gospel is stronger than ever. This is all foretold in our Bible, so it is under God's sovereignty.

He is always in control. In order to fulfill scripture and have an apostasy from the faith, the faith would has to first spread the Good News to the entire world. This was only possible in this century. Apostasy proves more that God is on the throne and that He is in charge. You have the light, spirit, and anointing from the Lord, so be strong. Remember it is not by day, but by night that the candle burns the brightest. [I am having hand surgery tomorrow, so no pondering for 2 weeks....dave]
