DAY OF PREPARATION

For the Jew, Friday s a special day: a day of preparation. This is the day you would do all you errands so then when Saturday comes, the Sabbath can be observed uninterrupted. Our Messiah died on the day of preparation, when Jesus completed all He had to do for salvation then announced, "It is finished"...

The day of rest is also the day of blessing. The Sabbath is for us not God. So.. they might find peace, healing, and better communion with God. We today must still prepare for being in Gods presence, our day of blessing. We must: forgive that person, put away those things that hinder your growth spiritually, you know what I mean!!
