REFRESHING

Acts 3:19 says:" Repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come, from the presence of the Lord." The Holy Spirit will convict you of some sin, relationship, or maybe an attitude. He will not leave you alone until you deal with it. This is discipline. Don't fight it.

You cannot substitute anything for obedience. The time of refreshing won't come without it. This is how you feel the presence of God the most. He will not give up on you. He wants the best for you. So, don't be justifying everything, and humble yourself. The times of refreshing are worth it.
